Do I own my website?
You own your content and domain. The site is built and hosted on our platform as part of the monthly service. If you cancel, we'll export your content and help you transition — no hostage-taking.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
Additional pages can be added for a small one-time fee. If your business has grown significantly beyond a standard site, we'll recommend a full Blue Haven Studio custom engagement.
What does the monthly content update include?
One content change per month: updating a services list, swapping images, adding a new project to your portfolio, updating your pricing, adding a team member, etc. Structural redesigns or new pages are quoted separately.
Do I need a domain name already?
No — we can recommend and help register a domain as part of onboarding. If you already have one, we'll connect it.
What's the difference between Haven Sites and a full BHS engagement?
Haven Sites is a productized service with a templated process — great for businesses that need a professional presence quickly and at a predictable price. A full Blue Haven Studio engagement is fully custom: custom design, copywriting, SEO strategy, and more. Haven Sites clients who outgrow the product can upgrade to a BHS engagement.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice and billing stops the same day.
